Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we maintain an appointment cancellation policy.

Our nurses are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to access to timely care. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients and transparent scheduling for our staff.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to place a card on file to hold your appointment; you will not be charged until after the service is completed.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 24-hours notice: no fee

• 12-24 hours notice: 50% of booked treatment

• Less than 12-hours notice: 100% of booked treatment
