Group Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve our nurses and secure your event, all group bookings require a credit card to be placed on file through our secure payment system, Square. Your card will not be charged until after services are completed, unless the group cancels based on the policy below:

  • 14+ days before event – No fee

  • 7–13 days before event – 50% of total booking cost

  • Less than 7 days before event – 100% of total booking cost

Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance can be accommodated whenever possible. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at Hydrata’s discretion.
