Maressa Freitas
Meet Maressa, our board certified Nurse Practitioner and medical director with a rich background in oncology, vascular access, and community health nursing. With 14 years of experience as a registered nurse and a Master's in Nursing from MCPHS University, Maressa excels in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Currently working in Radiology and known for superior decision-making and leadership, she is dedicated to expanding her clinical expertise and delivering excellent care in every setting. When not at work, Maressa enjoys traveling the world.

Pamela Miles
Meet Pamela, our healthcare hero with a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island. With 17 years of nursing practice, Pamela prides herself in providing bedside excellence throughout her career in the emergency department, the perianesthesia care setting as well as in nursing education. Certified in ambulatory care and trauma nursing, Pamela provides clinical guidance to novice recovery room nurses and nursing students and currently sits on the advisory board for the Health Technologies shop at the Cape Cod Tech High School in Harwich. When she’s not bridging the language gap with the Portuguese-speaking community in healthcare, she enjoys strength training and making memories with her twins.

Angela Kigathi
Meet Angela, our co-founding nurse and a proud mom of two boys. With over 25 years of diverse experience in venous access, dialysis, and various clinical settings, she excels in patient care. Angela recently earned her MBA from Bentley University, further enhancing her expertise in healthcare management. Her impressive background includes significant roles at BIDMC, South Shore Hospital, and other esteemed institutions, making her an invaluable asset to our team. Angela’s commitment to her profession and family embodies the dedication we strive for at Hydrata.

Elba Eloy
Meet Elba, Hydrata’s Managing Director. Elba is a proud first-generation Cape Codder, mom to two wonderful boys and one very fluffy golden retriever. With a love for hydrangeas and beach days, she brings a personal warmth to everything she does. Elba holds a master’s degree from Quinnipiac University and has spent over a decade as a skilled Occupational Therapist, specializing in geriatric care. Her passion for enhancing quality of life naturally extends to her work with Hydrata, where she’s excited to bring wellness and hydration directly to the community. When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, soaking up time with her loved ones, or on the hunt for the best local eats.
